Replaced by Bulwark: from Bulwark 1.19, admins turn on an External label and a confirm before sending outside the organisation in Organisation > Security, and this plugin turns off its own confirm or banner for each of them that is on. On older Bulwark versions it warns before sending to recipients outside your safe-domain list and flags mail from external senders with a banner.
Install opens the marketplace on your own Bulwark, through connector.bulwarkmail.org. Your server address stays in your browser.
